Rare Opportunity to join our Cohousing Community
We are looking for a new family to join us, children are very welcome. As an LLC our members own and self-manage our 9 unit apartment building. If you’re not already familiar with cohousing, this 3 minute video is a great overview. You may have already seen our founder and architect Grace Kim’s 10 minute TED talk with 2.5 million views. And you can get a general feel for our home on this quick video tour. Choosing to live in an intentional community means sharing meals and sharing the workload. It also means knowing that your neighbors have your back and gladly share resources.
Get to know us.
Our nine families planned and developed our home and we’ve all lived together since June 2016. We each have our own fully independent unit and also enjoy strong community bonds, collective decision-making, and a firm commitment to our neighborhood, our broader community and the planet. If you share our vision and values we hope you’ll consider joining us. Children currently range in age from 11 to 18 and have ample opportunities to play together. Our oldest adults are in their early 70s. You can meet our community members on this page.
As a member of the LLC you will lease this 2nd floor East apartment.
